3D PRINTING is a process whereby 3D computer models (CAD) are transformed into actual physical objects over the course of a few hours, depending on the size of the model

Three-dimensional printing is used not only in the creation of prototypes, but also in the industrial manufacturing of objects with application in architecture, civil engineering, the automotive industry, aerospace manufacturing, biotechnologies, fashion, etc.
The printed models may take virtually any shape.

3D Print Your Dreams to Reality

With the advanced 3D technologies that 3DBGPRINT have, we can offer 3D printing using all popular 3D technologies, including FDM, LCD, SLS, PolyJet, Metal Printing, DLP and others.

Together, we can create your perfect detail, unique design, prototype or print any new product with your specifications. The 3D printing is suitable for rapid production of small production batches, prototypes, or finished models of a wide variety of materials.

3D Printers of which we have more than 50 units and 7 industrial 3D printers.

  • FDM printers with dimensions from (235 / 255 / 195 mm) to (1510 / 790 / 1550 mm) and print accuracy up to 25 microns
  • LCD printers with liquid resin (121 / 68 / 160 mm) to (10 / 280 / 350 mm) and print accuracy up to 25 microns
  • PolyJet technology with dimensions 240/200/150 mm
  • SLS Selective Laser Sintering with dimensions 300 /300 / 300 mm
  • Metal Printing offers a maximum printing volume equal to a cylinder with a base diameter of 200 mm and a height of 200 mm, as well as 100 х 100 mm

Production time is up to 3 working days depending on the order.

If you are making prototypes, you are probably aware that 3D printing is the best way to make and test your designs. Unfortunately, owning an internal 3D printer base is an expensive luxury that most companies cannot afford… That is where we can help !!!!

    Creating a 3D model

One of the best advantages of 3D printing is its production and prototyping speed. The creation of the 3D model is made upon request and the model may be ready in a couple of days. The technology allows for prompt identification of any errors made during the development stage and for assessment of the suitability of the design for the intended purpose. This makes possible the provision of faster feedback to the customers, which ultimately helps them save time and money. 3D printing has a cost advantage over mould casting and milling in the production of small-scale series of products or single models.

The price is calculated on the basis of the volumes of the used materials and the production times. If your project/prototype is larger than the printing capacity of the 3D printer, it may be printed in separate modules and assembled later.

    Additional processing

The 3D printing technologies are sufficiently advanced to create end products which are ready for direct use right after printing, yet some additional processing may be necessary to achieve the exact model you have in mind. We give you the opportunity to take the time and efforts for all we may process. Here are some of the possible finishing processes:

    • Polishing
    • Veneering
    • Chroming

The cost of this service is included in the price based on the shape and complexity of the object – please, contact us for more information.

3Dbgprint offers speedy prototyping including the creation and printing of production parts and objects using the following technologies:

    FDM large_scale

    FDM

FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling): FDM is a technology using polymers to create volumes and details. With this technology you can create prototypes with excellent mechanical properties because the used materials are: ASA, ABS, PLA, PET, Nylon and many others. The materials are printed layer by layer, each layer being 0.08, 0.1, 0.15, 0.20 or 0.25 mm thick. The resulting objects are characterised with excellent precision of the details.
    LCD

    LCD

LCD: Instead of using a laser or a projector to cure the polymer, we use unmodified LCD screens and our specially formulated Daylight polymer. All other 3D printers that polymerise resin use a combination of both daylight and UV light at considerably higher intensities. We have been able to make this work by developing the world’s most sensitive daylight resins. Utilising mass produced screens designed for use in mobiles, handheld devices enable us to use the highest resolution screens, offering phenomenal value for money, which we can then pass onto our customers. The opportunities are limitless; higher and higher resolution screens becoming available in all formats from mobiles to large format televisions provide the lowest cost imaging systems ever imagined. We call this Daylight Polymer Printing.
    POLIJET

    POLYJET

POLYJET: With the application of the Polyjet technology (acrylic resin) the volumes are ‘printed’ layer by layer and ‘baked’ with UV light. A layer of material is applied and baked, then another layer is applied and baked, and so forth. It uses raw materials of different shapes and textures, and final result products are made of a rubber-like material. Polyjet makes possible the printing of very tiny objects with very intricate details, excellent mechanical properties and strength. Moreover, with Polyjet you can print a large number of details simultaneously, within a very short period of time.
    SLS

    SLS

SLS: Selective Laser Sintering, commonly known as SLS or simply laser sintering, is close to other rapid prototyping technologies in that it creates functional models from computer models. “The interesting thing about SLS is that the prototypes are not made of normal plastic, but of powder. The result is lightweight but robust end products that are optimal for functional testing in many industries.
