The new Senior Sales and Accounts Manager executes on all sales objectives in collaboration with and under the direct supervision of the director of operations.
Responsible for the entire sales flow, including but not limited to:
- Sales calls and presentations of services
- Sales meetings in person and online
- Producing sales bids, offers, and agreements
- Closing sales deals and invoicing
- Represents the company at physical events and conferences, nationally and internationally
- Develops and services all lead generation activities of the company
- Responsible for New Market Acquisitions, and expansion in existing markets
- Generates effective marketing content and materials for said activities
- Properly documents all contacts, sales processes and transactions in the CRM
- Represents the company and its services to new clients and potential markets nationally and internationally
- Generates RFPs and sales agreements
- Generates regular sales reports for the operating director
Position Requirements:
- Excellent and effective communication and presentation skills
- Strong strategy for New Market Acquisition in Bulgaria and Europe
- Proven sales track record in similar or related industries in Bulgaria or abroad
- Excellent business communication skills in Bulgarian and English
Must Haves:
- Basic technical knowledge in the 3D printing industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to the general public
- Ability to perform in dynamic environments with efficacy and flexibility
- Self-Starter with attention to detail, and excellent task and time management
- An enthusiastic and collaborative team player
- Minimum HS diploma or College student, with preference in the technical studies or economic.
Bonus skill-set:
- CAD and ability to work with 3D modeling files
- Business level English (can offer training and support to suitable candidate)
- Previous experience with 3D printing
